5/27 WWE Raw Viewership Sees Big Drop On Memorial Day

The May 27th edition of Monday Night Raw dropped more than 13% this week, undoing the last four weeks of slow-but-steady upward mobility. The show was watched by an average of 2.19 million people, down from 2.52 million last week.

What’s interesting is that this week’s show deviated from… well, virtually every other episode in recent memory, in that it was strangely consistent from beginning to end.

In almost every case this year the first hour was the most watched by a large margin, with viewership dramatically dropping throughout the night. This week the first hour was watched by 2,265,000 people, and dropped less than 0.5% in the second hour, followed by a 9% drop in the third hour.

This week’s show was the second lowest watched of 2019, with by far the lowest first hour of the year so far. It was down 12.2% from Memorial Day 2018.
