Q1: Can you provide blanket samples? Are they free or do I need to pay for them?

A1: Standard blank samples are free of charge, but we only require an appropriate courier fee (if you have a collect account with FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc., the courier fee will not apply). Customized blanket samples incur a sample fee.

Q2: What is the lead time for delivering the blanket samples?

A2: During non-peak seasons, your ordered samples will be dispatched within 3-10 days.

Q3: How long does it take for the delivery after placing an order?

A3: Under normal circumstances, we can produce up to several thousand products within 45-60 days after receiving the order. The production will be completed within 45-60 days from the confirmation of the order.

Q4: Can I put my own labels and logos on the blanket products?
