It was quite a day for the Punjab National Bank manager and other staff in Hapur on Saturday. Mangal Singh, 33, a local, resident, went to bank’s Garh road branch and said he wanted to withdraw Rs 150 crore from his account.

The man was carrying four gunnysacks to carry back the cash. He filled the withdrawal form as many of the bank’s staff looked with curiosity.
