What Happened After Last Night’s RAW Went Off The Air

After last night’s episode of RAW went off the air, there was no post-RAW dark match even though WWE did advertise one in advance. With The Shield/Strowman angle closing the show, WWE scrapped the match.
As previously reported, The Shield (WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins & Dean Ambrose) reunited last night on RAW from the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York. Ambrose and Rollins came out in the black Shield gear and prevented Braun Strowman from cashing in his Money in the Bank Contract on WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns following Reigns’ win over Finn Balor. The Shield then took out Braun and put him through an announce table, Shield-style with the triple powerbomb.
After RAW went off the air, Braun Strowman retrieved his Money in the Bank Briefcase and walked to the back. The assumption is that since the bell never rang, Strowman still has the contract and will be able to cash it in at a later date.

Below is a post-RAW video of The Shield celebrating their big moment while Strowman looked on from the debris at ringside. Rollins, Reigns and Ambrose posed on the stage to end the show.
