AEW & NXT ratings: Dynamite regains viewership lead this week

Last night’s episode of AEW Dynamite on TNT averaged 731,000 viewers, up seven percent from last week. It was the biggest number for the show since March 25. 

In the important 18-49 demo, Dynamite averaged the same 0.25 rating as last week. That landed the show in 24th place on cable for the night in that category.

After beating Dynamite in total viewers for the last couple of weeks, last night’s NXT on the USA Network averaged 665,000 viewers. That’s down four percent from last week. In 18-49, NXT was actually up six percent, averaging a 0.18 rating. The show made its way back into the top 50 rankings, finishing 50th on the night in cable. 

Among non-news related programming, AEW finished 11th on cable and NXT was 22nd. 

The only demo that NXT won was people over 50, and the two shows tied in females 12-34. AEW won every other category. In males 12-34, AEW more than doubled NXT with a 0.14 rating to NXT’s 0.06.
