The bright color and sassy ruffle reminded us of a 2018 version of our favorite dancing lady emoji. In her spare time, perhaps Clooney and her handsome hubby should consider taking up Flamenco lessons? Paging Dancing with the Stars—we already know they’d both look killer in those costumes.

Anyway, Clooney styled the piece with dangling earrings plus matching metallic gold pumps and posed with Valli, who appeared to be extremely eager to welcome his high-profile friend.

Clooney and Valli have been buds for years, and she wore a floral couture dress of the designer’s the weekend of her 2014 Italian wedding to George Clooney. Keep in mind, Clooney, a busy human rights lawyer, doesn’t make many fashion industry and celebrity appearances. But when she does (hello, royal wedding), it’s for a friend she truly cares about.
