This week’s NXT will feature an appearance by the new North American Champion.

WWE has announced that we’ll hear from new North American Champion Bronson Reed on NXT this Tuesday night. Reed defeated Johnny Gargano in a steel cage match in last week’s main event to win the NXT North American Championship.

“The Colossal Era has arrived in NXT! Bronson Reed is the new NXT North American Champion, and the NXT Universe will hear from him this Tuesday night,” WWE.com wrote. “Reed knocked off Johnny Gargano in a jaw-dropping Steel Cage Match last week on NXT, leading to an emotional celebration for the black-and-gold brand’s Colossal Superstar.

“Don’t miss what Reed has to say when he speaks for the first time since capturing the title, this Tuesday night at 8/7 C on USA Network!”

After last week’s NXT went off the air, Reed’s wife joined him in the ring as he gave a speech to the crowd. Reed thanked all of the fans who come to NXT, the commentary team, everyone in the back, his wife, and everyone who has believed in him. Reed said his wife supporting him for the past 14 years is the reason that he’s able to live his dream and is the reason that he was able to become North American Champion.

Before Reed’s title win, Isaiah “Swerve” Scott cut a promo last week where he said he’d be coming after whoever came out of Gargano and Reed’s steel cage match as North American Champion.
