Days after 2 Surya Kiran aircraft collided mid-air at Aero India show in which one pilot died, nearly 100 vehicles caught fire that broke out in the parking of the 2019 Aero India show in Bangalore. No casualties have been reported. The 2019 Aero India was conducted at Yelahanka air base in Bangaluru and the event is organised by the Defence Ministry.

According to police, around 100 cars came under fire affect after one car parked caught fire. In order to control the fire, 10 fire engines rushed to the spot. The cause of fire in the car, however, is not known but sources say that it could be the lit cigarette that was thrown in the grass through which the first car might have caught the fire.
