According to Sebastien Denis, Nantes attacker Ludovic Blas is set to remain at the club until the end of the season – as he wants to take part in the Canaris’ Europa League play-off against Juventus. Thus, he will leave any decision to leave the club until the summer. 

He was the subject of heavy interest during the summer, when he was close to joining Lille in a permanent move which would have been valued at €15m. Yet he made a dramatic 180 on his decision to leave just hours after informing the Nantes board of his refusal to play due to wanting the move away. 

The midfielder has played 17 matches in Ligue 1 and 6 matches in the Europa League this season, scoring four goals. He is also the subject of interest from both OGC Nice and Lyon in this window – he will be one year from the end of his current contract in the summer.
