Foot Mercato report that La Liga club Real Valladolid have taken the lead over Spanish  Levante and Cadiz in the race to land 24-year-old French winger Samuel Grandsir from AS Monaco.

Grandsir spent last season on loan at Brest, but could be making a move to the club where the Brazilian Ronaldo is currently president.
