Seventy days after they were cut off from the rest of the world, Jammu and Kashmir is all set to be out from the communication blackout.

The Jammu and Kashmir government has confirmed that all postpaid mobile phone services will be resumed from Monday noon.

The services were likely to be resumed on Saturday but a last-minute technical hitch led to deferring of the resumption of services. The subscribers will have to, however, wait for some more time for Internet services to resume in the Valley.
