The Latest on Jason Jordan’s Status & Backstage News on WrestleMania Plans For Seth Rollins

As reported, WWE Superstar Jason Jordan underwent a successful surgery to address a nerve issue that was allegedly causing him an enormous amount of pain. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the original plan was to have him face Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 34.

The injury means that match is now up in the air, as there is currently no specific timetable for when Jordan can get back in the ring. The recovery period for his specific surgery is actually relatively short but could take up to 10 weeks, which means if he does return in time for WrestleMania the decision will have to be made pretty close to the last minute. Dave Meltzer has noted that plans for Jordan vs. Rollins aren’t completely scrapped, but “it’s far from a certainty.”
