WWE Releases Rules & List of Eligible Wrestlers for Upcoming Draft

— WWE.com posted an article over the weekend, with more details on the upcoming draft this week.

  • Raw has the first overall pick
  • Because Raw is a three-hour show and Smackdown is a two-hour show, Raw will get three picks for every two picks that Smackdown receives
  • Tag teams will count as one pick unless a Commissioner or GM specifically wants only one member of the team
  • Six draft picks will be made off the NXT roster

    — They also released a list of the eligible wrestlers in the draft, ordered alphabetically. The only major notable missing superstar appears to be the Undertaker.

    — Other notes: injured superstars such as Luke Harper are not listed and Paul Heyman is strangely not listed with Brock Lesnar (as other managers are).
