It seems there might be another name to add to WWE’s growing injury list after a WWE SmackDown Live Star appeared to be hurt at a recent live event.

Several fans who attended this weekend’s WWE Oakland live event commented on the fact that one half of The IIconics, Billie Kay, appeared to be legitimately hurt during their match on the show.

Kay and her tag team partner, Peyton Royce were competing in a tag team match against Naomi and Lana when Kay suffered a blow to the head after she was kneed hard. She then rolled out of the ring and spent the rest of the match on the outside as the dreaded “X” signal was flashed.

Kay was helped to the back afterwards by WWE’s medical team, although she did manage to walk herself, which is a positive sign.
