Despite spending yesterday in Marseille at the club’s training ground, French international central midfielder Yohan Cabaye appears set to sign a contract extension with Crystal Palace, according to L’Équipe.

The player’s agents will meet with Palace at the beginning of next week, with his current deal expiring at the end of next month.

At 32, Cabaye wants to continue fighting to keep Crystal Palace in the Premier League.
